Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.writerontheweb.com website and the Writer on the Web (the “Service”) operated by Writer on the Web (“us”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment details (credit card information including number, expiry date and CVV number). Purchases, according to Writer on the Web, means purchases of subscriptions to the website and access to the website as a member. Subscriptions are to access the website www.writerontheweb.com website as a member and publish books, have access to Forums and participate in writers clubs. Writer on the Web does not sell any other products. Subscriptions details can be found below in the section “Subscriptions”.
You must be 18 years and over in to be accepted as a subscriber.
Services are payable on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on the following basis and subscriptions will begin from the date payment is received:

Opting out of Subscription Renewal
You may opt out of renewing your subscription by email only via the contact information below or logging into your Account page on the Website you have subscribed to at least fourteen (14) business days before the renewal date and following the cancellation instructions there. If you do not let us know that you want to terminate your subscription at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the end of the current subscription period,
the subscription will end and you will no longer have access to the www.writerontheweb.com website.
Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for a refund unless cancellation is effectuated within (7) seven business days of purchase. If you cancel the subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you will retain access to the applicable website until your subscription expires.
Changes to Membership Terms
Writer on the Web is free to unilaterally change the membership terms and conditions without giving further notice to the individual member. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. Writer on the Web will publish changes to the terms and conditions on its website. However, members are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the quality of the work. You are responsible for the content. You are responsible for the letting “us” Writer on the Web know how you want to interact with the website. You are responsible for keeping your post, your blogs and you network alive.
Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Writer on the Web.
Writer on the Web has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Writer on the Web shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Writer on the Web reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall include without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and imitations of liability.
All books and written material posted on www.writerontheweb.com shall remain available to all members and Public even after the author is no longer member of Writer on the Web. Any book(s) or written work(s) published on www.writerontheweb.com will only be removed from www.writerontheweb.com if the “work” has been commercialised and the appropriate Royalties owed paid to Writer on the Web, www.writerontheweb.com.
Commercialisation of written material
In the case where the author is approached by a publishing house and the book is physically published, or made into TV, films, documentary or audio book, the author will contribute 5% of Royalties from each deal made by the author from the individual online book published on www.writerontheweb.com the Writer on the Web website to www.writerontheweb.com website. Any component, chapter, paragraph, character taken from any book published on www.writerontheweb.com Writer on the Web website and published as another piece of written, television, movie, documentary or audio material will be subject to a 5% fee of Royalties of each deal.
